These general terms and conditions govern the terms of use of petrus.bg, hereinafter referred to as “the Website.”

The Website is managed by “PETRUS-M” Ltd, registered in the Commercial Register under UIC 203127841, with its headquarters and management address in Plovdiv, Northern District, “Alen Mak” Street, No. 4, 6th floor, hereinafter referred to as “the Company.” If necessary, contact with the Company can be made through the contact forms provided on the site or at its official address.

These terms contain information about the activities of the Company and the general terms of use of the services provided by the Company, regulating the relationship between the Company and each visitor to the Website.

By using the Website, the user agrees to these Terms of Use. In case of disagreement with these Terms, the visitor should refrain from using it.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The intellectual property rights over all materials and resources located on the Company’s Website are protected under the Copyright and Related Rights Act, belong to the Company or to a duly designated person who has transferred the right of use to the Company, and may not be used in violation of applicable legislation.

If information is copied or reproduced beyond what is permissible, as well as in case of any other violation of intellectual property rights over the Company’s resources, the Company has the right to claim compensation for the direct and indirect damages suffered in full.

Except in cases where explicitly agreed upon, the USER may not reproduce, modify, delete, publish, distribute, or otherwise disclose the information resources published on the Company’s Website.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company takes the necessary measures to keep the Website content up to date but does not bear responsibility for its absolute timeliness at all times. In this regard, the Company is not responsible for damages, including direct and indirect damages, including lost profits, that a Website user may suffer under any circumstances related to the published content and access to the Website.

As the Website content contains links to external content, the user acknowledges that the Company has no control over such content and is not responsible for the consequences of activating links leading outside the Website.

The Company is not responsible for malicious actions by third parties that may affect the user when using the Website. The user uses the Website at their own risk.

RESERVATIONS

RESERVATION TERMS

Reservations at Restaurant Petrus can be made via the phone number provided on the Website.

A reservation is considered accepted and confirmed only after the visitor has made a “deposit.”

The deposit for reservations can be paid in the following ways:

 – On-site at Restaurant Petrus after agreeing on a period and time frame within which it should be paid;

 – By bank transfer, following the payment link sent via mobile message.

The deposit amount for each reservation is determined based on the type of reservation requested by the visitor, considering the day, number of seats, location in the establishment, etc., and is communicated during the phone conversation.

By making a reservation, the visitor is deemed to have read and agreed to these general terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION TERMS

A reservation can be canceled via the phone number provided on the Website for reservations.

If a confirmed reservation is canceled no later than 72 (seventy-two) hours before the reservation date, the visitor is not subject to a penalty, and the amount paid is refunded within 3 (three) business days.

If a confirmed reservation is canceled less than 72 (seventy-two) hours before the reservation date or if the visitor does not show up on the reservation day, the paid deposit is non-refundable.

DEPOSIT DEDUCTION

The amount paid as a deposit for each reservation is deducted from the final bill at Restaurant Petrus for the respective reservation.

COOKIES

The Website petrus.bg uses only Functional (necessary) cookies. These cookies are related to the proper functioning of the Website. They cannot be disabled. They do not collect information about visitors and cannot be used for marketing purposes or user identification in any way.

OTHER PROVISIONS

The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at its discretion, with the latest terms of use of the Website being published at all times on the Website.
